Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that since August - 2015 the validation proceeding in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner is pending. The petitioner has appeared for first year B.A.M.S. examination, however, the result is withheld on the ground that validity is not submitted.

We have heard the learned advocate for the respondent No. 3 and the learned Additional Government Pleader. 3.

Considering the fact that validation proceedings is

2 wp 10778.17 pending, we pass the following orderORDER I] The respondent No. 2 - committee shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (6) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

II] The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 12th March, 2018.

III] The petitioner shall co-operate in expeditious disposal of the proceeding.

IV] The respondent Nos. 3 and 4 shall not withhold the result of the petitioner's first year B.A.M.S. examination only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. V] In case the petitioner is otherwise eligible, then the respondents shall not refrain the petitioner from prosecuting her studies in the second year also. 4.
