The applicant who is aged about 70 years is seeking regular bail in Crime No.I-161/2015 registered at Gangapur Police Station, District Aurangabad for the offences punishable under Sections 306, 498-A, 323, 504 read with Sec.34 of Indian Penal Code. 3.

It is the case of the prosecution against the applicant that he has abetted his daughter-in-law to commit suicide. As such, he was made accused and was arrested on 31st August 2015. 4.

Upon perusal of contents of first information report, it depicts that the son of the applicant along with applicant and his wife were implicated as accused and the wife of the applicant was already

Cri.Appln.No.5245/2015 released on bail by this Court, as she she was required to look after the minor child of the deceased.

Looking to the age of the applicant and nature of allegations, it will be appropriate, in my opinion, to grant bail to the applicant, as the investigation in the matter is almost complete. 6.

The applicant Shabbir Sayyed Mogal be released on bail in connection with Crime No.I-161/2015 registered at Gangapur Police Station, District Aurangabad for the offences punishable under Sections 306, 498-A, 323, 504 read with Sec.34 of Indian Penal Code, upon furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.15,000/- (Rs.Fifteen thousand) with one surety in the like amount.
