The Petitioners in these petitions have approached this Court on an apprehension that they would be transferred from their present posts at Zilla Parishad, Jalna and that they should not be transferred. They rely upon various clauses of Government Resolution dated 18.06.2024, to support the prayers made in the petition,.

The learned counsel appearing for the contesting Respondent/Zilla Parishad has written instructions to state that the four Petitioners are not being transferred. The copy of the written instructions is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

In the light of the aforesaid statement made on behalf of the contesting Respondent/Zilla Parishad, nothing survives in this petition and accordingly it is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
