Heard Mr S.N. Patne, learned Counsel for the applicants, Mr Lukhe, learned Counsel holding for Mr A.S. Shelke, learned Counsel for respondent no.1/acquiring body and Mr Virdhe, learned A.G.P. for respondent no.2/State 2.

This Court was pleased to allow the applicant to withdraw the amount of compensation under order dated 10.3.2021. However, the applicants could not withdraw that amount due to change in surname. Mr Patne, learned Counsel for the applicants invited my attention to the copies of Aadhar card and Pan card of applicant no.4 wherein the surname of applicant no.4 is shown as 'Salunke'. He needs direction to the Registry to allow applicant no.4 to withdraw the amount in the name of applicant no.4 - 'Netaji s/o Devidas Salunke'. That prayer needs to be allowed. 3.

The Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C).
