These applications are for seeking condonation of delay caused in filing the first appeals. The delay is approximately of 900 days in all the matters.

The applicants have set out the reasons for delay in para Nos. 4 to 8 in all the applications.

The State objected for condonation of delay.

The applicants mainly contended the ground of paucity of funds, illiteracy and unawareness about legal proceeding.

Having regard to the said fact and particularly considering the nature of litigation the delay stands condoned AND rider that the applicants are not entitled for interest of delayed period and any other statutory benefits for said period. The applications stand disposed of.
