The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits, on instructions, that the petitioner desires to withdraw this petition with liberty to proceed against respondent No.3, if she is elected in the elections, in view of the G.R. dated 05/08/2010 which prohibits an Anganwadi Sevika/Madatnis/ Mini Anganwadi Sevika to continue in the said post despite being elected.

Considering the above, this petition is disposed off with liberty as is prayed for.
