The applicants have moved this application seeking permission to serve respondent Nos. 5-B, 5D, 5-E and 9-E by way of substitute service through paper publication for the reasons set out in detail in the application.

Considering the submissions advanced in the light of facts pleaded in the application, the application deserves to be allowed. Accordingly, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause [B] subject to payment of publication charges to be paid directly to the concerned news-paper.
