We had called for the report as a letter was filed on record (Page 13) written to the petitioner namely, Sanjay D. Kulkarni, Executive Director, Tapi Irrigation Development Corporation, Jalgaon. It is dated 07.08.2019. The same was shown to be under the signature of Smt. N.K. Patil, 5th Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Jalgaon. The letters are not expected to be written by the Judge to the Judgment debtor or the party concerned. If such letter (Page 13)
