The applicants are seeking condonation of delay 124 days in filing present Civil Revision Application, which has been attributed to the fact that, parties were looking for amicable settlement. There is no oppose to the application. However, considering the period of delay it stands condoned subject to the cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundreds only) to be paid to the Library, Advocates Association of High Court of Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad, within two weeks.
