This is an application seeking intervention in the matter. The grievance of the applicant is that continuation has been given to Mr. Tukaram Devrao Garje i.e. the present intervenor. The proposal of the original writ petitioner is not decided. The intervenor would be an interested person.

Considering the above, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B". Necessary amendment be carried out in the memo of writ petition by

ca12407-2016 adding the present applicant as respondent No. 6 to the writ petition.

Mr. R.I. Wakade, the learned counsel waives notice for added respondent No. 6 in the Writ Petition. Stand over to 30th March, 2017 as far as Writ Petition is concerned.
