Though, this Court on earlier occasion on 07.04.2025 in Writ Petition No. 4695/2025, granted liberty to the petitioner to approach the Caste Scrutiny Committee to point out the urgency for deciding the caste claim expeditiously, today the grievance is made that though the vigilance cell's enquiry has been completed, the report is yet to be submitted before Caste Scrutiny Committee and, therefore, request is made to expedite the decision of petitioners caste claim. 2.

Considering the same, we direct respondent no. 2 - Caste Scrutiny Committee to decide the caste claim of the petitioner within a period of two months from today.
