Learned advocates for the parties state that the parties have arrived at amicable settlement on the compromise terms, which are tendered across. They further submit that the terms of compromise are lawful and not forbidden by law. They state that the parties are present in the court and they identify their respective clients. It is further being referred to that the terms of compromise have been got verified from Registrar (Judicial). The terms of compromise are taken on record and marked "X" for the purpose of identification.

In view of aforesaid, the second appeal stands disposed of

{2} sa158-11 in terms of the compromise dated 21st October, 2016 arrived at between the parties. Decree be drawn accordingly in terms of the compromise.
