The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has given application to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad for considering his past services and condonation of break in service. The same is not yet decided since September 2019. 2.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent No. 1. Mr. Pulkundwar, learned counsel appears for respondent Nos. 2 and 3. 3.

In case, the application of the petitioner for deemed date and grant of approval from earlier date, so also condonation of break in service (page no. 36) is pending with respondent No. 2, then
