The petitioner contends that the caste certificate issued on 05.12.2022 of belonging to 'Mannervarlu', Scheduled Tribe has been submitted before Respondent No.2-Committee for its validation. 3.

Considering the fact that admittedly this certificate at page 15 of the Writ Petition dated 05.12.2022 is already sub judice before Respondent No.2-Committee for its validation, we deem it appropriate to direct Respondent No.2-Committee to decide the validity proceeding of the said certificate within a period of eight months from today. 4.

We make it clear that the petitioner should extend full cooperation for expeditious decision of his caste claim. Narwade/
