The learned Counsel for the petitioner has placed on record a possession receipt dated 28/10/2021 in execution of the decree dated 15/11/2016. The possession receipt is taken on record and marked 'X-1' for identification.

In furtherance of the possession being received, the name of the decree holder is mutated in the 7/12 extract, which is also taken on record and marked 'X-2' for identification. In the wake of the aforesaid development and in the light of the order of this Court dated 26/10/2021, since the decree itself is
