Heard the learned counsel for the applicant, learned APP for the respondent-State and learned counsel for the victim, appointed through legal aid. He has filed the affidavit of respondent No.2/victim. It is taken on record and marked at Exh-'X'. The applicant is a young boy. He has a case that he had affair with the victim. They were intending to marry. However, there was some discord between them. Hence, out of anger, the victim has lodged the report. Now, she has realized her mistake and filed an affidavit to that regard. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant also states that a meeting of the relatives of both the sides was held and they

have settled their dispute. The applicant and victim are likely to marry in near future. The victim has also attained the majority. She is competent to marry under law. That apart, the material investigation is over. Nothing is to be recovered from the applicant. There is no apprehension to the life of the victim at the hands of the applicant in future. Hence, to protect the future of the applicant, he may be released on bail. 3.

Learned counsel appearing for the victim states that the victim is present in the Court. Brother and uncle of the applicant are also present in the Court.

It appears from the arguments advanced by both the parties that the victim and the applicant belongs to the same caste and residents of the same locality. The applicant is a young boy. There are no antecedents to his discredit. The material investigation is over. Considering the entire facts and the subsequent developments in the case, it would be inappropriate to keep the applicant behind the bars. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant SATISH RAMESH MARWAL be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) with one solvent surety of the like amount, in Crime No.224 of 2022, registered by Police Station Sonpeth, District Parbhani, for the offences punishable under Sections 376(2)(j), 506 of the IPC and Sections 4, 6 of POCSO Act.
