Mr. Palodkar, learned counsel for the petitioners states that, this Court had directed the authorities to decide a particular issue. The same has been decided against the petitioners. The matter is in respect of Survey No.54. The entires in the name of the petitioners are suspended. The decision given is not in consonance with law. 2.
We have heard learned A.G.P. also.

In case the petitioners are aggrieved by the decision given by the revenue authorities, then the petitioners have a remedy to challenge the same under the said statute. Mr. Palodkar, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners be given liberty to avail the same before the appropriate authority. The petitioners may assail the orders impugned in the writ petition in appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum in accordance with law. Writ Petition, as such, is disposed of. No costs.
