The petitioner instituted this writ petition seeking quashing of the F.I.R. in Crime No. 210/2021 dated 8th June 2021 under Section 420 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered with Zilla Peth Police Station, District Jalgaon.

It is submitted by Mr. Thorat, learned advocate for the petitioner that during the pendency of the writ petition, investigation has culminated into filing of charge-sheet under Section 173(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and that the petitioner has been

(2) CriWP No. 1229/2021 advised to file a substantive writ petition challenging the charge-sheet. He, accordingly, prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition. 3.

The writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to institute a fresh writ petition. No costs.
