The learned Advocate for the respondent had submitted on instructions, when the matter was called out in the frst session, that as the respondent has quit employment on account of the transfer of her husband out of Jalgaon in December 2015, she prayed for a compensation of Rs. 4,00,000/- as a full and fnal settlement of all legal dues.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner had submitted on instructions that the petitioner is agreeable to ofer Rs. 2,00,000/- as the entire legal

dues of the respondent would be about Rs. 1,95,293/-. 3.

The learned Advocates thereafter submitted that the Court may cause an indulgence and suggest a resolution. I had suggested as to whether the petitioner could pay Rs. 3.25 Lakhs and whether the respondent is agreeable to receive the amount. 4.

Both the parties sought a pass over, again.

Post lunch, this matter was called out and the learned Advocate for the respondent submitted on instructions that she is agreeable to accept the amount of Rs. 3.25 Lakhs and the dispute between the parties could be brought to a complete end. No other dispute of any nature whatsoever would be raised before any Court, Authority or Tribunal. The learned Advocate for the Management submitted on instructions that the Management would make the said payment within eight weeks.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed of.

The petitioner would deposit an amount of Rs. 3,25,000/- in this Court on or before 31/01/2020. The respondent would be permitted to withdraw the said amount under identifcation from her Advocate in the matter. Her recent photograph, her present address proof, her cell number and a copy of the Election Commission Voter ID Card shall be tendered while withdrawing the said amount.

Needless to state, the above stated amount is a comprehensive settlement package and the respondent would be precluded from raising any dispute of any nature whatsoever arising out of her employment and non-employment with the petitioner which may have direct or indirect fnancial impact on the petitioner, before any Court, authority or Tribunal.
