Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

Mr. Katneshwarkar, the learned counsel submits that, he has served the copy of present application upon respondent Nos.5 & 6 and also served the copy of the same on respondent No.7. 3.

The present civil application seeks amendment to bring on record the additional bank accounts and certain factual aspects. 4.

It is trite that, at the time of considering the amendment application, the merits of the amendment need not be gone into.

In view of that, Civil Application is allowed to the extent of carrying out the amendment and same is disposed of accordingly. 6.
