Heard learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. 2.

By order dated 4th May, 2016 respondent no.2 i.e. District Collector, Osmanabad was directed to take decision on reference under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, filed by the petitioner as it was pending before respondent no.2.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that as per his instructions, post filing the contempt petition, the decision is taken by respondent no.2 Collector and award is passed. As the order is complied with, nothing survives in the petition. Contempt Petition is accordingly disposed of.
