The petitioner cites the order of this Court dated 02/08/2016 passed in WP No.8192/2016 thereby directing the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal to decide the pending proceeding in which the petitioners are the respondents, within 12 months. 2.

Learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that despite the passage of 14 months, the proceedings are yet to be concluded. 3.
