This petition can be disposed of by directing respondents to take decision on the application tendered by petitioners claiming rental compensation, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from today, and it is accordingly directed. On determination of the amount of rental compensation, if the petitioners are held entitled to receive the amount of rental compensation, the amount so determined shall be disbursed by respondent no. 3, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of such determination.
