Despite passing the detailed order on 11-11-2025, none appeared for the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in working out the matter.

Apart from that, by this petition, the petitioner is challenging the order dated 16-06-2025, passed by the learned Judge of the Family Court, Nanded, in Petition No.E-210/2021. Against the said order, the appeal is prescribed under Section 19 of the Family Court Act. As such, the criminal writ petition is not tenable.
