The petitioner has filed an appeal before the Scrutiny Committee on 06th July, 2019. The same is pending for decision. 3.

In case appeal filed by the petitioner is pending with the Committee, then the Committee shall decide the same within a period of two (02) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 16th September, 2019.
