Under the order dated 23.03.2017 in Writ Petition No.5234 of 2015, this Court allowed the
2 ca-11875-17.odt petitioners therein to withdraw the amount deposited in this Court.

Mr.Shelke, learned Counsel for the applicant/petitioner submits that one Tulshiram Namdeo Vat, a Member of petitioner - Sanghatna, who is entitled for withdrawal of the amount, is dead. As such, his widow is to be allowed to withdraw the amount. The sons of said Tulshiram have given no-objection for withdrawal of the amount by his widow. An affidavit has been to that effect.

We have also heard the learned AGP for the respondents.

Considering the submissions, we pass the following order :- (i) The office shall verify the amount payable to said Tulshiram Namdeo Vat. The amount payable to Tulshiram Namdeo Vat be allowed to be withdrawn by widow of said Tulshiram.
3 ca-11875-17.odt (ii) At the time of withdrawal, the office shall take No Objection from the sons of Tulshiram namely, Manohar and Vilas.
(iii) With this clarification, the Civil Application is disposed of. No costs.
