The tribe claim of the petitioner is pending. 2.

As per the directions given by this Court in writ petition filed by the petitioner earlier, the committee is required to decide the proceeding by July 2019.

One of the grievance of the petitioner is that though she has completed three years as a Gram Sevak and she is not getting the regular salary.

According the learned AGP her services are not regularized as yet. 5.

As the directions are already given to decide the proceeding by July 2019 we are not passing any further orders in the matter. The said period is

2 14-WP11058-19.doc already over. The committee ought to have decided the proceeding by now. 6.

The vigilance is conducted. In fact, the committee in not deciding the proceeding within the stipulated period has committed contempt of the orders of this Court.

The committee shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner under any circumstances within a period of three

(03) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 23.09.2019 and cooperate in expeditious disposal. Depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the committee the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 can take further action. 8.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.

The issue with regard to the claim of the petitioner for regularization is kept open.
