1] Heard learned counsel for the rival parties.

2] This is an application for release of the applicant on bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.19/2008 decided by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Amalner, pending Criminal Appeal No.326/2014, filed by the sole convict - appellant / applicant.

Cr.Appln.5253/15 in Cr.Appeal 326/14 - 2 - 3] Upon perusal of the relevant evidence and finding recorded by the trial Judge, we find that there is no direct evidence as such though the judgment is based on circumstantial evidence. The evidence of the servant in the Printing Press of the applicant has also been seen by us.

The applicant was on bail during trial.

4] In the wake of above, we pass the following order. 5] Criminal Application No.5253/2015 is allowed. The applicant shall be released on bail upon furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.50,000/- (rupees fifty thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount. Bail be furnished in the lower Court.
