The learned AGP takes an objection with regard to the maintainability of this Petition, considering the prayers pertaining to service benefits.

The Petitioner is an employee of the State Government. Considering Section 3(q) and Section 15(1)(b) of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, this Petition can be considered by the learned Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the proceedings be transferred to the Tribunal.
