Decree was for recovery of amount of Rs. 6,000/-. The amount of Rs.13,245/- being paid by respondents in full and final settlement of the decree has been accepted to be correctly calculated by Decree Holder. Judgment Debtor is ready to pay the amount of Rs. 13,245/-. 3.

Therefore, I do not see any perversity or patent illegality in the impugned order permitting deposit of amount of Rs. 13,245/- towards full and final satisfaction of the decree passed by the Civil Judge, Junior Division, Nandurbar. There is no merit in the petition. Petition stands dismissed summarily with costs.
