Heard learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the State.

Admittedly the employment was offered to the brother of the Petitioner, however it was declined and thereafter the Petitioner, waiting for more than two years, filed the application to appoint her on compassionate ground. For the reasons stated in the impugned order, her request was turned down. In our opinion, the reasons assigned by Respondent No.1 in the impugned order are in conformity with the policy of the Government. No interference is called for. The Writ Petition stands rejected.
