The applicants / appellants are seeking permission to bring legal representatives of deceased respondent No.3 Sahdev Bhanudas Warpe on record, who admittedly died on 23.12.2022 as per the death certificate annexed, by condoning the delay of 242 days. However, on perusal of the appeal memo, all the legal heirs of deceased Sahdev Bhanudas Warpe as mentioned in the title of this application, are already on record. As such, the application stands dispose of with direction to delete the name of respondent No.3. The deletion be carried out forthwith.
