Learned AGP points out that considering the cause of action put forth in this petition upon being aggrieved by the order under Section 81(3)(c) of the Maharashtra Co-Op.Societies Act, these petitioners have a statutory remedy in filing a revision petition under Section 154 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act. 2.

Considering the above, these petitions are disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to prefer the statutory remedy as is available in law.
