Heard Mr. Awate, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

Mr. Tandale, learned counsel for the Zilla Parishad submits that the petition is not tenable. The petition is filed by the Sangh. The petitioner is seeking inclusion of the nominee of the Union on the School Education and Sports Committee.

It appears that, the Education Officer (Primary) issued a letter to the Sangh for nomination of two representatives and one expert in education on the School Education and Sports Committee. The name of

2 916-wp 12519-2021.odt Mr. Apparao Ganpatrao Shinde has been forwarded by the Secretary and the same it appears is pending. The reminder is also issued on 04.08.2021.

Considering the fact that, the application for nomination of the representative on the School Education and Sports Committee (Page Nos. 27 & 28) is pending with respondent No. 2, then respondent No. 2 may take decision upon it on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) weeks from today.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
