By this application, applicant-wife seeks transfer of Marriage Petition No.1141/2024 pending before 13th Joint Civil Judge Senior Division and Addition C.J.M., Pune to Family Court at Ahmednagar.

The learned Advocate appearing for respondent-husband, on instructions submits that respondent has no objection for transfer of proceeding to Family Court at Ahmednagar. Since parties are ad idem on transferring the proceeding to Family Court at Ahmednagar, there is no impediment in allowing application and it is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer Clause (B). 3.

Parties to appear before Family Court at Ahmednagar on 18.08.2025.
