The applicant Shree Sai Baba Sansthan, Shirdi, has moved this application for the following relief:-

(( 2 )) 1140(C)-CA-9458-2025 "(B) The applicant may kindly be permitted to implement Resolution No.370 dtd.13.08.2025 passed by the Ld. Ad-hoc Committee for the purpose of issuing E-tenders for the purpose of printing of Diaries and various Calendars for the year 2026 for Sale, for which an estimated amount of Rs.3,45,00,000/- is required to be spent."

In support thereof, attention of this Court is invited to the proposal dated 09.08.2025 and in that light resolution No.370 dated 13.08.2025, passed by the Ad-hoc Committee of the applicant Sansthan.

In view of the said, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B), quoted herein above.
