This application is for condonation of delay of 31 days in causing filing first appeal against the impugned judgment and award dated 26/04/2019 passed in MACP No. 196/2017.

Perusal of the application does not show any intentional delay on the part of the appellant in preferring the appeal belatedly. 3.
Learned counsel for the respondents strongly opposed the application on the ground of in sufficient reason for condonation of delay. 4.
Perusal of the application indicates that on the ground of 911.ca11083.19.odt
administrative difficulty the delay is caused in filing of appeal. No malafides can be attributed to the appellant is not filing appeal in time, hence in the interest of justice, application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. Appeal be registered.
