The learned advocate for the petitioner submits, on instructions, that the result of the selections for the post of Anganwadi Sevika have been declared. In the light of a Government Resolution, the petitioner has a statutory remedy of preferring an appeal before the CEO of the Zilla Parishad. The petitioner, therefore, desires to withdraw this petition, as she has already preferred an appeal before the CEO. 2.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off, as withdrawn. 3.
