We have heard learned counsel for the applicant, Mr. Yawalkar, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and learned AGP for the State.

The Order is already passed allowing withdrawal, however, it is submitted that one of the applicants Mr. D. S. Lule has died and his legal heir be allowed to withdraw the sum. The Registry shall, after satisfying itself as per the order dated 5th May, 2015 in Civil Application No. 896/2014 in Writ Petition No. 4352/2005 and also satisfying about the veracity of the legal heir of Mr.Lule, allow the said legal heirs to withdraw the amount. Civil application is disposed of. No costs.
