The writ petition is at an admission stage. Notices have been issued. The petitioner desires to amend the petition since he has stumbled upon a document which is germane to the cause of action. Unfortunately, he did not get the document before he filed the petition. Hence the request for amendment.

The learned AGP and Mr.Gadhe, the learned Advocate do not oppose.

- 2 - In view of the above, this civil application is allowed. Amendment be carried out and a freshly typed copy of the amended memo of the petition be filed on or before 18.11.2022. 4.

The learned AGP has entered an affidavit in reply in the writ petition.

The respondents are at liberty to submit additional affidavit in reply / affidavit in reply, to the amended petition, on or before 30.11.2022.
