The Applicant claims to have an interest in the proceedings of the Writ Petition and therefore, seeks an intervention in the main Writ Petition.

Considering the submissions, we are of the view that the Civil application needs to be allowed, for the reasons stated in the Civil application. Thus, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'A' and 'B'.
