This is an Application for setting aside the order passed by the Registrar refusing registration of the Appeal on 21st July 2015 and for condonation of delay.

Heard. For the reasons recored in the Application, the Application deserves to be allowed and the same is accordingly allowed. The order passed by the Registrar refusing registration of the Appeal is set aside and First Appeal is restored to its original position. The delay of 62 days caused in filing present Application stands condoned.

The Applicants shall remove office objections within four weeks from today.

In the event of failure of Applicants to remove office objections within the period stipulated above, the order passed in the instant Application shall stand recalled.
