Applicants agree to withdrawal of 50% of amount out of the amount deposited by the State Government. In view of concession recorded, applicants shall be permitted to withdraw 25% of the amount, out of the amount deposited by the State Government without furnishing security and 25% amount shall be permitted to be withdrawn on furnishing solvent security or bank guarantee of a Nationalised Bank. The balance of amount i.e. 50% shall be invested in Fixed Deposit initially for a period of three years and the F.D.R. shall be renewed thereafter for the period until disposal of appeals. Civil Applications are disposed of.

C.A. Nos.9236/2015 in F.A. No.1668/2014, 9264/2015 in F.A. No.1669/2014, 9268/2015 in F.A. No.1671/2014, and 9266/2015 in F.A. No.1670/2014, presented by the State seeking extension of time for depositing the amount, stand disposed of since the amount has already been deposited.
