Learned GP waives notice for respondent No. 1. There is no necessity to issue notice to other respondents and he submits that the said revision petition can be decided within a period of Four weeks after the code of conduct is over. The said statement is taken as undertaking. 3.

We dispose of the writ petition with direction to respondent No. 1 to decide the said revision petition within a period of Four weeks after the code of conduct is over.
