PER COURT :- The petitioner claims to be in possession of the property. However, the Trial Court has refused to entertain the request of the petitioner to restrain the defendants from interfering in his possession.

Without going into merits of the contentions raised by the petitioner, the ends of justice would be served if the Trial Court is directed to decide the pending Suit as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from today and it is accordingly directed.

The writ petition is disposed of.
