The delay of 308 days has occurred in filing the present appeal by the applicant - Insurance Company. The learned Counsel appearing for the original claimants though has opposed for condoning the delay stating that the reasons are insufficient, on perusal of the application filed by the Insurance Company and more particularly having regard to the justification provided in paragraph nos.3 and 4 of the application, I am inclined to allow the present application. Hence, the following order.
