The present civil application is filed seeking leave to withdraw present revision with liberty to raise the issues as raised in the present revision in Writ Petition No. 1545 of 2014. In the present revision order below Exhibit 50 is assailed by virtue of which order the Civil Court had sent the papers to the Collector for execution of partition decree and in Writ Petition No. 1545 of 2014 the order of the Civil Court is challenged by virtue of which writ is issued to the Collector for partition of immovable property.

Considering that the issues are inter related, the present civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B". The civil application is disposed of.
