PER COURT :- This petition takes exception to the impugned order dated 18th June, 2014 issued by the AO/APFC, Employees' Provident Fund Organization, Maharashtra State, Nasik.

Upon perusal of the documents placed on record, it appears that, the petitioner sought withdrawal of benefits, and accordingly, the amount was withdrawn. As a result, the impugned order rejecting the prayer of the petitioner came to be passed.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that, the petitioner is

11072.14WP ready to deposit the amount, which has been already withdrawn by the petitioner with interest like deposited by the other similarly situated employees with Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 within six weeks from today. Upon depositing such amount with interest, as charged in the cases of other similarly situated employees along with the certificate of the employer, Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 shall take final decision in the case of petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within six weeks from the date of receiving the amount and the certificate from the employer along with the proposal under Form 10-D of the Employees' Pension Scheme, 1995.
