This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to respondent No.2 to take decision on the proposal in respect of tribe claim forwarded by the petitioner and pending with the Committee, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one year from today, and it is accordingly directed. 2.

The respondent No.3 College shall not take any adverse action against the petitioner on the ground of failure of the petitioner to submit validity certificate within the time stipulated in the undertaking and during the pendency and disposal of the validation claim before the Scrutiny Committee. Writ Petition is disposed of.
