The applicant is seeking condonation of delay of 631 days. The learned counsel for acquiring body strongly opposed the application.

However, for the reasons stated in the application, the aforesaid delay of 631 days stands condoned subject to condition that the applicant shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid period of delay and also the period of delay in circulation as mentioned in earlier order dated 14/12/2022.
